Worth every penny

RickP2099 | December 2021
I stumbled across Shaka Guide just before visiting Big Island for the first time. I’m not the type with the patience to be part of a tour group. I like to go off the beaten path and at my own pace. This app made the adventure complete. My kids loved it, not only because it took us to places we might not have discovered on our own in the short amount of time, but the learning the history about the places was great.

It was ok, less detailed information about the sites than I was hoping for in HVNP it was mostly info really available from the brochure at the visitor center. Might be better for drives with different stops and sites along the way. Not worth the money.

Easy to use

Content is quite interesting and we found the app easy to use but the narrator’s voice is annoying and we could do without the corny jokes and fake laughs.
