We traveled to South and North Dakota and used Shaka Guide for Mt Rushmore/Black Hills, Badlands SD and Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It was awesome and made a planning the tours simple. I am a huge researcher when it comes to trips and I loved that I could use this app to guide me along the way giving me the “stop here” or “okay to skip if you want”. There were some stops nobody else was at in the Black Hills that I may have missed without this. History lessons and music along the way were well done. All around, give this app a solid 10.

I used this in the Summer of 2026 for Badlands, Rushmore & area, Rocky Mtn, Grand Teton, Yellowstone, & Theodore Roosevelt NPs. Thoroughly enjoyable. GPS audio tours are ingenious. Multiple starting points & paths. Well produces audio with great information, stories, history. science, & more. And plenty of reminders for where to stop and choices when you come to a fork in the road. Pleasant background music that I found myself Shazaming to add to my own playlists. I can't wait to use it again.

I have used the guides in Hawaii and at Theodore Roosevelt National Park and got a lot out of them both. I really like this app. It allows you to tour on your schedule and is informative and entertaining. Well worth the money in my book!

Used the app for both units of Roosevelt National Park. Excellent narrations of what to see and where to turn. Lots of interesting information along the way along with nice background music. Narration on the drive from the north to the south unit made that trip go by much faster than a silent ride. Learned a lot about Theodore Roosevelt for sure!! Thanks Shaka Guide!!
