Mahalo for your purchase! Before you can start your adventure, there are a few steps you'll need to take to download the tour. Don't worry, we've got you covered. Just follow the steps below and you'll be on the road in no time.
1) Scan QR code from your confirmation email or type URL into the browser on your phone.
This will bring you to the App store or Google Play store. Please note: if you do not use the QR code or link provided and go directly to the App or Google Play stores to download the app, the app will not recognize your purchase.
2) Download Shaka Guide app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
3) You'll see a pop-up notification with information about your purchase, select "Download Now."
4) Create an account and sign in.
5) The tour (or tours) will proceed to download automatically — check the download tab in the app to view progress.
6) Once the tour is completely downloaded, open to the tour.
7) Select "Take the Tour" and let the journey begin!
