Loved the Road to Hana guide. Great guide with directions, history and stories.

Used it for road to Hana. Offline GPS that’s easy to follow. Great narrator and did all the planning so I just had to sit back and relax. Nice history lesson and helpful tips made this a lot smoother than I anticipated. Definitely worth the money

We were a family of four in Honolulu, with two kids. We didn’t want to pay $600 for the circle city tour, so we rented a car for $100 and found the Shaka tour for $19.99. Overall I really enjoyed the freedom of and being able to spend as much time as we wanted on each stop, we could make the tour start at any time of day vs the set hours. We made it over 3/4 through the tour from 12-6pm before it got dark. The voice and music was nice, we learned some new songs. Also the secret stop was beautiful. I gave it 4 stars because the app has to fix the navigation. I didn’t like that I had to figure out how to get to the start point using Google Maps outside of the app. And it took me a couple of stops to get the hang of it, so I got off track twice and a little lost and the app didn’t automatically reroute me, I had to use google maps to find my way back where I left off at on the tour which caused us to waste more time than wanted. If they figure that part out then the app will be 5/5.

Such a fun way to explore somewhere new! We used it on Oahu and got to just relax and follow along on our drive. Gave us all the tips on places to eat and explore and even kept our little one engaged. Highly recommend!

The best! We found Shaka on our trip to Maui a few years ago and we couldn’t imagine another trip without him! Driving in unfamiliar areas can be so stressful and distracting. The directions and suggestions keep us on track and stress-free. 🤙
