Redeem or Restore Tours Purchased in the Shaka Guide App
If you purchased a tour inside the Shaka Guide app, it should show in My Stuff once the purchase is confirmed.
Step 1: Check My Stuff

Open the Shaka Guide app

Sign in (or create an account)

Go to My Stuff
-
Download your tour(s) on WiFi before your trip
Step 2: Restore your in-app purchase

In the app, tap Support
-
Tap Retrieve Purchases or Restore Purchases

Return to My Stuff and check again
If you still don’t see your tour(s)
Try these in order:

Sign out, then sign back in

Confirm you’re using the same store account:

iPhone: the Apple ID on the device should match the one that purchased

Android: the Google account on the device should match the one that purchased

Update the app to the latest version (App Store or Google Play)

Last resort: delete the app, reinstall the latest version, sign in again, then try Retrieve Purchases / Restore Purchases again
