👉 Heads up: Your booking reference number is also your redemption code. You’ll see it right on your ticket (usually under the barcode). Keep it handy — you’ll need it in a minute.
Steps to Redeem Your Tour:
- Download the Shaka Guide GPS Driving Tours app from the App Store or Google Play.

- Open the app.
- First time? Create your account.
- Already used Shaka Guide? Sign in to the same account you created before. Sign in using:
- Apple, or
- email address & password.
- First time? Create your account.
- Tap Support (bottom right corner).
- Tap Retrieve Purchases.
- Tap Redeem Purchases.
- Enter your Viator booking reference number (it's the number code under the barcode in your ticket).
- Tap Redeem Purchase.
- Once redeemed, your tour(s) will appear in the My Stuff section
- Download your tour(s) and enjoy!
Pro Tips Before You Go:
- Download your tour ahead of time on WiFi so you won’t have to rely on cell service while exploring.
- Your tour is now linked to your Shaka Guide account — no worries, you can re-download it anytime if needed.
