How to Redeem Shaka Guide Tours Purchased Through Viator, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, or Any Viator Partner
Mahalo for choosing Shaka Guide! You’re just a few taps away from turning your booking into an unforgettable adventure. Whether you purchased through Viator, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, or one of their partners, here’s how to redeem your tour and get rolling.
👉 Heads up: Your booking reference number is also your redemption code. You’ll see it right on your ticket (usually under the barcode). Keep it handy — you’ll need it in a minute.
Steps to Redeem Your Tour:
- Download the Shaka Guide GPS Driving Tours app from the App Store or Google Play.

- Open the app.
- First time? Create your account.
- Already used Shaka Guide? Sign in to the same account you created before. Sign in using:
- Apple, or
- email address & password.
- First time? Create your account.
- Tap Support (bottom right corner).
- Tap Retrieve Purchases.
- Tap Redeem Purchases.
- Enter your Viator booking reference number (it's the number code under the barcode in your ticket).
- Tap Redeem Purchase.
- Once redeemed, your tour(s) will appear in the My Stuff section
- Download your tour(s) and enjoy!
Pro Tips Before You Go:
- Download your tour ahead of time on WiFi so you won’t have to rely on cell service while exploring.
- Your tour is now linked to your Shaka Guide account — no worries, you can re-download it anytime if needed.
