👉 Heads up: Your booking reference number is also your redeem code. You’ll see it right on your ticket (usually under the barcode). Keep it handy — you’ll need it in a minute.
Steps to Redeem Your Tour:
- Download the Shaka Guide GPS Driving Tours app from the App Store or Google Play.

- Open the app.
- First time? Create your account.
- Already used Shaka Guide? Just sign in.
- Tap Support (bottom right corner).
- Select Account Settings.
- Tap Retrieve Purchases.
- Choose Use Redeem Code and enter your booking reference number.
- Tap Redeem Purchase.
- Once redeemed, your tour will appear under My Stuff. Download it with WiFi before you hit the road.

- Download your tour ahead of time on WiFi so you won’t have to rely on cell service while exploring.
- Your tour is now linked to your Shaka Guide account — no worries, you can re-download it anytime if needed.
