👉 Important: Your Groupon code will not work directly inside the Shaka Guide app. Don’t worry — we’ll get you set up quickly once we verify your voucher.
Steps to Redeem Your Groupon Purchase
- Forward us a copy of your Groupon Voucher to aloha@shakaguide.com.
- Or, send us your Groupon redeem code via email, phone, or chat.
- Once we confirm your purchase, we’ll email you your official Shaka Guide redeem code with instructions for unlocking your tours in the app.
What You Can Do in the Meantime
- Download the Shaka Guide GPS Driving Tours app from the App Store or Google Play.

- Create your account (or sign in if you already have one).
- Sit tight — as soon as you get your Shaka Guide code from us, you’ll be able to redeem and download your tours under My Stuff.
Why This Extra Step?
Since Groupon handles payment and vouchers separately, we need to manually confirm your purchase before issuing your Shaka Guide code. This way, we make sure everything is smooth and ready before you hit the road.
Once you get your Shaka Guide code, you’ll follow the same easy redemption steps as our other partners.
