Aloha and welcome, Go City explorer! If you grabbed your Shaka Guide tours through Go City, redeeming them in the app is quick and easy. All you need is your Go City Pass number — dashes included. Once you redeem, your tours will unlock and you’ll be ready to hit the road.
👉 Important: Your redeem code is your Go City Pass number exactly as it appears — don’t leave out the dashes!
Steps to Redeem Your Tour:
- Download the Shaka Guide GPS Driving Tours app from the App Store or Google Play.
[DOWNLOAD THE APP]
- Open the app.
- First time? Create your account.
- Already used Shaka Guide? Sign to the same account you created before. Sign in using Google, Apple or email address & password.
- First time? Create your account.
- Tap Support (bottom right corner).
- Tap Retrieve Purchases.
- Tap Redeem Purchases.
- Enter your GoCity pass number (dashes included).
- Tap Redeem Purchase.
- Your tours would then appear in the My Stuff section
- Download your tour(s) and enjoy!
⚠️ Troubleshooting Tip for Go City Customers:
If your Go City Pass number isn’t working inside the Shaka Guide app, don’t worry — the issue is usually with the pass status. Please reach out directly to Go City to check your pass. Sometimes a pass may show as scanned, used, or redeemed, and that prevents it from unlocking your tours. Go City can verify and update the status for you.
Pro Tips Before You Go:
- Enter your pass number exactly as shown, including dashes.
- Download your tours before you leave home or your hotel's WiFi for smooth offline use.
- Once redeemed, your tours stay tied to your account — you can always re-download later.
