Redeem Shaka Guide Tours Purchased Through Go City

If you purchased Shaka Guide through Go City, you can redeem using your Go City pass number inside the Shaka Guide app.

Step 1: Find your Go City pass number

Open your Go City confirmation or pass details and copy the pass number (including dashes).

Step 2: Redeem in the Shaka Guide app

1. Open the Shaka Guide app and sign in (or create an account)

2. Tap Support

3. Tap Retrieve Purchases and tap Redeem Purchase

4. Enter your Go City pass number(including the dashes) and submit 

Step 3: Download your tour(s)

1. Go to My Stuff

2. Download your tour(s) on WiFi before you head out

Not seeing your tours?

Try these in order:

1. Sign out, sign back in, then check My Stuff

2. Go to Support >> Retrieve Purchases >> Redeem Purchase 

3. Double-check the pass number (including dashes) and try again

4. Update the app

5. Last resort: delete the app, reinstall the latest version, sign in again, then check My Stuff
