Redeem Tours Purchased on the Shaka Guide Website as a Guest

If you checked out as a guest (no login), you’ll redeem using a Redeem Code sent to the email you entered at checkout.

⚠️ One-time code: Redeem Codes can only be used once and attach to the account you’re signed into. Wrong account? No worries. Just reach out to our Support team for help.
💡 Most common issue: You’re checking the wrong inbox. The code goes to the exact email used during checkout. Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions too.

 

Step 1: Find your Redeem Code

  1. Open the email account you used at checkout

  2. Look for your Shaka Guide email that includes your Redeem Code

  3. If you don’t see it, check Spam, Junk, and Promotions

  4. Search your inbox for: Shaka Guide and Redeem

Step 2: Redeem in the Shaka Guide app

  1. Download and open the Shaka Guide: GPS Driving Tours app

  2. Create an account or sign in

    • Use the account you want the tour tied to

  3. Tap Support (bottom right)

  4. Tap Redeem Purchase

  5. Enter your Redeem Code and submit

Step 3: Download your tour(s)

  1. Go to My Stuff

  2. Your tour(s) should appear there

  3. Download your tour(s) on WiFi before your trip


Not seeing your tours after redeeming?

Try these in order:

  1. Confirm you are signed into the app with the account you want the tours tied to

  2. Go back to Support → Redeem Purchase and enter the code again carefully

  3. Update the app to the latest version (App Store or Google Play)

  4. Last resort: delete the app, reinstall the latest version, sign in again, then check My Stuff
