Your Shaka Guide receipt includes a download link and redeem code for your purchase.
Start with the download link
- Open your Shaka Guide receipt on the phone you'll use for the tour.
- Tap the download link in the receipt.
- Open or install the Shaka Guide app.
- Sign in or create an account.
- Check My Stuff for your purchased tour(s).
- Download your tour(s) before heading out.
Not seeing your tour(s)?
- Tap the download link in your receipt again.
- If the link still doesn't open properly, copy it and paste it into your phone's browser.
Still having trouble?
Use the redeem code included in your receipt:
- Open the Shaka Guide app.
- Tap Support.
- Tap Retrieve Purchases.
- Tap Redeem Purchase.
- Enter the redeem code exactly as shown in your receipt.
- Tap Redeem Purchase.
- Return to My Stuff and download your tour(s).
