Redeem Tours Purchased on the Shaka Guide Website as a Guest

If you checked out as a guest (no login), you’ll redeem using a Redeem Code sent to the email you entered at checkout.
⚠️ One-time code: Redeem Codes can only be used once and attach to the account you’re signed into. Wrong account? No worries. Just reach out to our Support team for help.
💡 Most common issue: You’re checking the wrong inbox. The code goes to the exact email used during checkout. Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions too.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR SHAKA GUIDE DRIVING TOUR
Ready to go on your Shaka Guide adventure? Let's make sure you have everything you need before you go. First, check your email for your purchase receipt or our confirmation email. Find your redeem code and download link/QR code and follow these steps:
- Scan the QR code or open your download link on your phone to download the Shaka Guide app.
- Open the app → create an account or sign in to your Shaka Guide account
- Check the "My Stuff" section to find your purchased tour(s)
- Download your tour(s) and go on your Shaka Guide adventure!
Scanned the QR code but not seeing your tour(s)? Follow these steps:
- Click on "Support" from the bottom menu
- Tap on "Retrieve Purchases" → "Redeem Purchases"
- Find your redeem code on your receipt or confirmation email.
- Enter your redeem code (SG_********) → tap on "Redeem Purchase" (Note: Redeem codes are case-sensitive)
- Download your Shaka Guide tour(s) and go on your Shaka Guide adventure!
