Excellent audio tour! Will definitely use at other locations.

Narration was pleasant! I loved the reminders of which way to turn when directing toward a site. My only hesitation for the fifth star was that getting started, I was a bit uncertain if the narration would start. I didn’t hear something right away. Also, I would add a site/point as a part of the guided directions. It would say south or north but narration could toward “Sedona” or toward (whatever other specific site). That might help. Otherwise, it was fantastic! I’ll be using the app again for other driving or walking tours! I will recommend (without a doubt)!

My husband did extensive research before we arrived on Maui. First thing he said was to Download and purchase the Road to Hāna guide - boy, was he right! My two teens, my hubby and I felt as if we were personally guided and prepared the entire time. That road is windy, topsy-turvy, loopy doppy crazy but the guide helped anticipate each bend, entertained us with history, perfected the timing of comments and his playlist added to the vibe. This is absolutely one of the most brilliant inventions ever made for tourist. 10 out of 10 experience! My 14 year old son said he learned more on the app than all 5 years of us being here!

The Shaka Guide is an excellent audito tour guide and shows all the wonderful points in the various trips. I used Shaka Guide for Road to Hāna, Haleakalā National Park and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. It will take you to different points and tell you the details. It gives you step by step directions to view each and every point and also suggests any points that you could give a miss or are a must do. It really helped us during these 3 trips.

This guide is very well built and thought through. Worked offline and was very accurate during our trip based on our location. Amazing narrator, great stories, navigation and heads up for parking. We were very happy stumbling upon this app before we took road to Hana. Highly recommend to everyone who are visiting Hawaii!

We love this app. We have visited the Big Island 2x now and we have done 5 tours of the island between these two trips. It’s so great to be able to learn about the island on our time and in our way.
