The tour was so helpful and entertaining. Was right on point . We drove up with the family and did a lot of the stops in the tour.

This app is AMAZING! We used it for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Blue Ridge Parkway. It took all the guess work out of finding places, which overlooks were the best, how difficult trails were, where we could find a bathroom, opportunities to refuel, and more. The hoist key and stories were so fun! We had 2 different narrators. They were both conversational and relatable. I love it’s real people, not AI. Thank you so much! We didn’t worry. We just enjoyed with this app!

Would use again. Great way to see a park. We used them in Maui on the road to Hana in the Teton park and Yellowstone. Other than a few glitches with technology on the iPhone and in rental cars the app was great!! On the iPhone Apple Music kept wanting to play over the app when connecting Bluetooth to rental car. Once I used Apple play seemed to solve the issue. Had one issue where app seemed to lose its place. But closed and reopened app and it solved issue. Otherwise app is well done and feels very natural and seamless. Like having a guide with you.

This was an amazing tour! It covered so much and gave some great lesser known but still exceptional spots to pull off.

We used Shaka on three of the Hawaiian islands and recently purchased the National Parks collection. We wished we would have had them sooner for all the parks we already visited in years past. On the most recent trip we did the Crater Lake and Lassen Volcanic National Park tours. They were both amazing. So cool to have some history, music, and tips for good stops and hikes. Highly recommend their tours. We want to revisit some again just to listen to the tours.

The app works great, the GPS is accurate, the stops are well done, and the vibe is perfectly Hawaiian. However, it is so hard to plan as a family of four with young kids. Trying to figure out when to eat, when to start, and how long each tour actually takes is frustrating, especially when caught in areas on Maui without cell reception. The FAQs and the “Read this before you go” aren’t enough and there was one tour that said it would take 4-6 hours and caused a panic when the audio said to plan for half a day to a full day! Suggestion: each tour should include a recommended amount of time to spend at each official stop. A minimum time (to more likely hit the 4 hour range for example) and a maximum amount of time (to hit the 6 hour range). You already have the drive time, and doing so would make it easier to decide when to start to match up with lunch/dinner. We ended up doing the tour in 4 hours but skipped two towns and two trails.
