Would have been 5 stars except that while using it for the sunrise tour, it gives you places to see and stop at. However, it’s pitch black and everything is closed at 3AM. Maybe add something for after the sunrise. Places for breakfast, and seeing the sights in the way down. Road to Hana was great, but lava robe was closed and has been for sometime. Perhaps an update?

We did the badlands. The guide and script are very good. The issue is with the app. Every time I would pause it while we walked a trail or just took pictures, the guide got lost and I would have to start it over again. It would pick up fine but I’m not sure whet I had to start the guide over each time. Also the app not having a CarPlay app is annoying. They are working on it.

This app was great!! First time trying a tour via app. We had a excellent organized tour. Great history and tidbits about the area we were visiting. It was fun too. Loved the control. I’m still learning all the capabilities. Can’t wait for my next tour with this App

What a wonderful way to see the island! We would have missed not only the history, but many of the places to stop, on our driving tour of the Big Island, without the Shaka Guide audio tour.

First time I used Shaka guide was on big island when my family came to visit. Now I’ve used it for Yellowstone and Grand Tetons as well. In Hawaii it showed us things I didn’t even know as a local. On the mainland it made my trip. Thanks Shaka guide , keep up the amazing work.

If you only get it for GPS and turn by turn suggestions it’s on point.

For 5 vacations now I’ve used this app for tours and love it. So informative and an easy way to see the sights.

Excellent narration!!

There isn’t enough space to fit in all the benefits of Shaka Guide’s tour of Big Bend National Park. The GPS locator is accurate, and the narration is superb. Get ready for Park history, including but not limited to paleontology, geology, and land ownership. Stories of the past abound, interspersed with music that fits the topic and the period being talked about by the narrator. We learned so much more than any of the Parks’s 3 (very nice) Visitors Center could possibly teach us, plus, you learn while you’re touring—super efficient and entertaining! I cannot recommend Shaka Guide’s more heartily—regardless of which tour you choose.
