The North Vista Trail is the longest hike on the North Rim, with two options. The easier route is a 3.2-mile round trip to Exclamation Point — mostly level, through piñon and juniper, ending at one of the canyon’s most dramatic overlooks. For a challenge, continue to Green Mountain: a 7.2-mile round trip with about 900 feet of climbing.
