Yaki Point is the only viewpoint along the rim that you can’t access by car. You can either hike your way there, or in spring, take the orange shuttle. It’s a nice chance to take in the views away from the crowds, and, honestly, it’s one of the best spots in the park to see the sunrise. And for the really adventurous, you can access the South KaibabTrail nearby. South Kaibab is a 7-mile trail that leads you to Ooh Aah Point, Cedar Ridge, Skeleton Point, and eventually down into the Canyon.
