👉 Important: Your redeem code will be emailed to you after your purchase is confirmed. It’ll be sent to the same email address you used at checkout. Look for a code that starts with “SG_” followed by letters and numbers.

⚠️ Heads up: Sometimes our emails get routed to Spam, Junk, Promotions, or other folders in your inbox. If you don’t see your redemption code in your main inbox, check those folders before reaching out to us.

Steps to Redeem Your Tour:

1. Download the Shaka Guide GPS Driving Tours app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Open the app.
    
   • First time? Create your account.
      
   • Already used Shaka Guide? Just sign in.
      
3. Tap Support (bottom right corner).
    
4. Select Account Settings.
    
5. Tap Retrieve Purchases.
    
6. Choose Use Redeem Code and enter the code from your email (starts with SG_).
    
7. Tap Redeem Purchase.
    
8. Once redeemed, your tour will appear under My Stuff. Download it with WiFi before you go.

Pro Tips Before You Go:

• Double-check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders if you don’t see the email right away.
   
• Download the tour before leaving home so you’ll have everything ready, even offline.
   
• Your redeemed tour is tied to your Shaka Guide account — re-download anytime if needed.
