How to Set Up The Shaka Guide App
Aloha! Thank you for choosing Shaka Guide for your vacation.

If you've purchased your tour online - via our website, Tripadvisor or another site - and need help redeeming your purchase, click here for more information.
Here are the steps to set up and use the Shaka Guide app.
- Download the Shaka Guide app from the App Store or Play Store
- Log in using Apple, Google or email address and password.
- Go to My Stuff to see your purchased tour(s).
- If you have not done it yet, download your tour(s).
- Ready to go? Tap on your tour
- Tap on Begin Tour and follow the next on-screen instructions.
Important
Once your tour is downloaded, you can tap it to see more information like tour stops, recommended start times, starting points, tour duration, tour stops and tour highlights.
You can also save or bookmark tour articles and tour highlights so you can view them later. Please note that you MUST have an internet connection to view tour articles and highlights the first time. Once bookmarked you can view them anytime on the app even when you’re offline.
