Located a short distance east of the Visitor Center on the scenic drive, the Ripple Rock Nature Center is Typically open late May through mid-August. The center offers free activities for kids of all ages and is staffed by Utah Valley University interns. Some of the activities include: a junior geologist program, pioneer games, making art, and making cornmeal on a prehistoric grinding stone. Check at the visitor center to find out if the Ripple Rock nature center is open and for a calendar of events.
