We used the Shaka Guide for our Road to Hana trip in Maui. It was fabulous! Lots of history and guided us through the entire trip seamlessly. I can’t imagine how boring and the things we would’ve missed had we not used this guide. Definitely a must if you are taking this drive!

The Shaka guide app is a true game changer! We downloaded the Road to Hana and the Haleakala tours and they made all the difference on our drives to both destinations! They were perfectly aligned to where we were on the GPS. They were entertaining, informative, and filled with useful tips that made it even more enjoyable! I highly recommend this app to everyone! We LOVED the Shaka guide app! We used it for Road to Hana, Sunrise at Haleakala, and some of the North Shore beaches and had smooth sailing! We couldn’t understand why people had such a hard time on road to Hana because it felt so simple for us. Obviously it was the invaluable advice of this Shaka guide app! The guide quickly felt like a joyful, kind, local friend who traveled along and showed us all the must sees while telling us the history and fun stories of where we were. Times when my family was driving while we weren’t on a tour my kids would beg to put in on so they could hear the Shaka guide. It’s a must have if you value immersing yourself in local culture, peace, joy, adventure, and knowledge while traveling.
