View the Beautiful Honolua Bay Teeming With Sea life

Your vacation on the world famous west side of Maui will not be complete without a visit to Honolua bay! During the summer months, divers and snorkelers enjoy this marine-life conservation district where warm waters are teeming with turtles and tropical fish. During the winter, snorkeling is not recommended, because the water gets pretty murky. But fear not! All is not lost, as you can watch experienced surfers conquer the massive fall and winter waves. There are two parking areas. Each requires a short hike before you can access the bay. The 2nd parking area is generally larger with porta-potties and a beautiful jungle forest trail out to the bay. So go ahead and snap a picture of the bay!
